Having utilized JumpStory for over a year now, I can confidently say it’s a superb source for premium images perfect for presentations and event flyers. There’s a wide range of topics available and handy tools to tweak images, like adding text. Big thanks to JumpStory!

I signed up for a free week of Jump Story just before the holiday season. Their advertising mentioned a monthly charge of $25 and said you could cancel whenever you wanted. I found the site’s search feature pretty unhelpful, and the images didn’t impress me much, so I intended to cancel. However, since I had already downloaded a couple of photos, I thought it was fair to pay for the first month. To my shock, I got hit with a $300 charge for the whole year on day 8! Now they’re saying they won’t give me a prorated refund of $275. This feels really wrong and definitely not how a business should operate. With so many options available, I strongly advise against using this service!

The visuals are quite different from the typical stock photos; they feel more genuine and have a natural vibe. The colors are not overly bright; they maintain a realistic tone. But hey, if you want them to pop a bit more, you can easily tweak them in an image editing tool.

The background remover is a real time-saver and works like a charm. I was impressed with the outcome, especially since some images had tricky backgrounds. There are still other features I haven't explored yet.

When you sign up for a 'free trial', they require you to enter your card details, all while claiming they'll send you an email reminder before the trial ends. The catch? That email often lands in your spam folder, so you might forget to cancel. They still charge you regardless. Trying to cancel your account is a whole other struggle. I'm currently waiting for a response from their support team about getting my money back and shutting down my account. Like many others have pointed out, the images are available on other sites, so it’s really not worth it. Seriously, steer clear!

A lot of the images carry a Scandinavian feel, which suits me perfectly since I’m based in Sweden, work in Copenhagen, and primarily create websites for Scandinavian clients. But honestly, I believe folks from anywhere will appreciate these visuals just as much as I do. Plus, Jumpstory is super budget-friendly compared to larger photo stock sites. Totally worth the investment!
